Waves Dance is another nice piece by CLAUDIO DECORTI.

Here are some outlines published in my previous recording of "Divagazioni "
Divagazioni was written by the Italian composer Claudio Decorti. Unfortunately I found no more infos on this musician but the Birth date and death date 1936-2018
I don’t know if he was a guitarist or played some other instrument, but I found that the scores under his signature , sometimes have been revised by Italian guitarists like, Carlo Carfagna.
This piece was dedicated by the Author to the Acclaimed Slovenian classical guitarist Karmen Stendler.
Particularly Ms Stendler reminds that the Author, Claudio Decorti came across a video of her playing another Decorti’s piece : "Waves Dance". The Author is said to have written a letter to Karen Stedler dedicating to her “DIVAGAZIONI .
When “ DIVAGAZIONI” was published, the Author sent it to Karen Stendler and wrote her a handwritten letter, explaining how at 80 years old he did not own or care much for computers, but a friend of his had showed him the “WAVES DANCE” recording …therefore Decorti decided to dedicate a new piece to Karen Stendler.
Ms Stendler was very moved and happy when she received the Author’s kind letter!
Sadly Claudio Decorti passed away in 2018, therefore Karen Stendler will never be able to thank him personally for the beautiful piece he wrote for her.
Divagazioni is the Italian word for "ramblings". The piece consists of melodic phrases wandering in different directions, captured in a distinct ABA structure, where the middle part is a waltz in E Major contrasting the minor A sections. I hope you enjoy the piece as much as I enjoy playing it!
The score is available along with a huge selection of authors for guitar and more… LATHKILL MUSIC ...
