These terms of use set out the terms and conditions of use of the website "Veojam.com". By registering on the website in accordance with the terms set out below, you expressly and unconditionally agree to our Terms of Use.

Veojam Mission

Veojam.com is an original free guitar related video hosting website which enables registered users to upload, share and comment on their personal videos. While users are allowed unlimited storage space, the size of each video is limited to 500 MB and 20 minutes for bandwidth cost control reasons. Since Veojam.com is not designed to back up video data, you are responsible for taking all necessary precautions in that regard.

We treat our mission seriously and only guitar related videos will be approved to display. Each uploaded video is reviewed by our editors, and videos of poor quality or content may not be accepted.

Intellectual property rights

Veojam.com is our exclusive property. As a general matter, we grant you a free, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use our Website. All other rights are expressly excluded without our prior written consent. Veojam has no proprietary rights in your content. By making your content accessible to other users (as a body, or by individual group), you agree to allow them, free of charge and for personal use, to view your content on or through the Website, for the entire period in which your content is hosted on the Website. Please note that due to the intrinsic nature of the Internet, data transmitted, and your content in particular, are not protected against the risks of misappropriation and/or piracy, for which we shall not be liable.
As a supplier of content on the Website, including videos, comments on videos, your nickname and your avatar (small picture back to your user profile), you are required to comply with the laws and regulations in force. You are thus responsible for ensuring that content stored on or disseminated through the Website does not violate the intellectual property rights of third parties.

Guidelines

Always be nice!
There's a lot of different people here with a lot of different opinions and views. That's great but it also means that everybody should have a high level of tolerance and be nice to people with ideas that are different than their own.

Share content that you own the rights to
Always respect the right holders of a video and never ever share stolen videos, period. If you suspect somebody of breaking the rules please report it using our Contact Form.

Criticize, but do it constructively
Criticism is really good for pushing things forward and making things better. So, please constructively share your opinion so that good things can come out of it. As much as constructive criticism can make things better, unconstructive criticism makes only things worse.

Advertising

The site is currently using Google Adsense for advertising. No personal information is gathered, but some info about geographic location etc. is used by Google to target the ads so that some might be interesting to the site visitors. Read more on Google's privacy policy here.
