English guitarist Vincent Lindsey-Clark is even better recognized as classical guitar composer. He studied guitar at the Center for Young Musicians and at the Royal College of Music in London. At the age of 16 he won the Lanchester International Guitar Competition aand soon after he made his debut as a soloist at the Wigmore Hall in 1983.

As a guitarist Vincent performed all round the world. He also became one of the leaders in classical guitar teaching in the UK. But possibly more honors he received for his composing work. He writes music for both students and professionals. His music is used frequently by the various institutions offering recognized exams. He composed piece for ninety guitars named March on the Red Planet for a gala concert held at the Royal Albert Hall in London.

Vincent has composed works for renowned guitarists such as The Ogden Tanner Duo, David Russell, Amanda Cook, Dutch Guitar Duo, Duolism, The English Guitar Quartet and Paraguayan guitarist Berta Rojas. His "Salsa Roja" written for Berta Rojas became the title of Berta's 2103 album.
