A short cover of great song written by Ray Charles in 1958, performed live by Buddy Guy and his band at Red Rocks Amphitheatre Morrison.
Ray Charles was only 27 when he wrote this fantastic blues song. Initially "What'd I Say" was banned by many radio stations because of its erotic nature. Millions of listeners were disgusted, but even more delighted. Then song was immediately accepted in Europe. George Harrison remembered an all-night party in 1959 where the song was played for eight hours non-stop.
