Grammy-Winning legendary jazz bassist Charlie Haden passed away in Los Angeles at his home on July 11th. For guitar fans he was best known for his collaboration with guitarist Pat Metheny and for Grammy winnner 1997's "Beyond the Missouri Sky" album recorded with Pat.
