Highway Chile was featured on 1967 third United Kingdom Jimi Hendrix Experience single "The Wind Cries Mary".
Later it also appeared on 1968 compilation Smash Hits.
The word 'chile' is one that Hendrix didn't pronounce the end of the word "child". He also used it on the song "Voodoo Chile"
