Famous "After Midnight", J.J. Cale's song performed himself at the Paradise Studios L.A, 1979.
The first version of "after Midnight' JJ recorded with his band, the Leathercoated Minds, and released released in 1966 as the B-side of a song called "Slow Motion."
Eric Clapton was very impressed with the song and included it on his first solo album in 1970. Clapton's version was big success and helped JJ Cale to come out from the shade. In 1971 JJ released his first album, Naturally on Shelter Records and included new version of "After Midnight" on it.
