This marvelous song wonderfully written by Matthew Wilder & David Zippel more than two decades ago captured my attention during the last Christmas holidays right after releasing my rendition of “Hallelujah”. There was something magical about this song! As months went by, I kept coming back and relistening to it again and again. Dazzled and tempted by its beauty, a pressing desire started growing in my mind to make an instrumental version of this song. In just a few days, after experimenting with various key signatures and alternate tunings, the rendition started to take shape. Another couple of weeks passed by and it had almost been ready for recording. It’s so amazing to see in retrospect how unpredictably everything played out. Sometimes we really don’t know what’s around the corner and how long it is going to take for a seed to grow and blossom.
