Route 66 (Get Your Kicks On) is popular rhythm and blues standard, composed in 1946 by American songwriter Bobby Trou, first time recorded same year by Nat King Cole with the King Cole Trio and soon later by by Bing Crosby with the Andrews Sisters.
Route 66 is also one of 14 songs that Mr John Pizarelli recorded for his album “For Centennial Reasons: 100 Year Salute to Nat King Cole” with Konrad Paszkudzki on piano and Mike Karn on double bass.
