"Hate To See You Go" is the song from 25th American studio album "Blue & Lonesome" by The Rolling Stones, released December 2016. The song was originally written by Little Walter, American musician, singer, and songwriter, one of key figures of Chicago Blues.
"Blue & Lonesome" album by Stones features only cover songs by some great blues musicians including songs by Buddy Johnson, Howlin' Wolf, Little Walter, Eddie Taylor and Willkie Dixon among. Eric Clapton contributed guitar on two tracks. The album was certified Platinum in the UK and received a Grammy Award for Best Traditional Blues Album of the Year at the 60th Annual Grammy Award.
