Uma Prace ("A Prayer" in English) is a small piece written by Brazilian guiraits and composer Luiz Bonfá, best known for his great songs written for the film Black Orpheus, such as "Samba de Orfeu" and "Manhã de Carnaval".
Following his music success in 1959 film made by French director Marcel Camus Bonfá became an ambassador of Brazilian music in the United States beginning with the November 1962 Bossa Nova concert at New York's Carnegie Hall.
In video this is Clive Carroll, premier UK accoustic guitrist, playing "Uma Prece" by Bonfá at the Bath Folk Festival in 2014.
This year (2015), Bath Festival has just begun (August 8th) and end on Sunday 16th.
