Juan Carmona - Alchemya CD

"Alchemya" is the title of 2013 album by Spanish flamenco guitarist Juan Carmona, released on World Village.
"Africando" performed by Juan in this official video is the opening track from album.
Born in Lyons, France, Juan is distant cousin of the Habichuelas guitarists dynasty of Granad. He returned to Spain and in 1988, he awarded first prize in the Jerez de la Frontera International Competition. He was also one of the finalists in the Union and Córdoba Guitar Competition and finally in 1994, he achieved the first prize in the Madrid Paco de Lucia Competition.
