Born and raised in Guatemala City, living in US since 2009 Alfredo Caceres performs Tango by A.Josemi on Cordoba Reyes guitar model from the Master series.
Alfredo’s started to learn guitar in Guatemala and his first teacher was his father. As a young man he traveled to Seville, Spain on a three year scholarship from the Fundación Cristina Heeren de Arte Flamenco. He trained extensively under different Flamenco guitarists such as Miguel Ángel Cortés, Niño de Pura, Paco Serrano, Paco Cortés, Juan Manuel Canizares, Manolo Sanlúcar, and Rafael Canizares.
Later he attended the Brookhaven College in Dallas, Texas where hestudied jazz guitar
