Born in Yerevan, Armenia in 1985 Vahagni created his own unique style of playing bending the genres of Flamenco, Jazz, and World music.
He began playing the guitar at the age of nine in Armenia, and continued his musical education in Andalucia, Spain, studying under world renowned flamenco guitarists Paco Serrano and Manolo Sanlucar.
He also studied in US and holds a MFA from California Institute of the Arts.
He's known to experiment with visual arts and media collaborations.
