Adagietto - 4th Movement from Gustav Mahler's Symphony No.5 performed by Japanese classical guitarist Kaori Muraji, arranged for guitar by Hirokazu Sato. Beautiful Video above is from Kaori's first DVD “Contrastes” released in 2001.
Mahler's Adagietto (one of the movements of Mahler's 5th Symphony) is understood to have been written as a love song to his wife, Alma. It was used in the 1971 Italian-French drama "Death in Venice", directed by Luchino Visconti and starring Dirk Bogarde and Björn Andrésen.
