Charming medley of boleros performed by Brazilians Yamandú Costa and Guto Wirtti. Yamandú Costa is one of Veojam's favorite artists and you can read a lot about his virtuosity. He's also featured as one of most accomplished guitarists on https://www.veojam.com/players/y ... .
Also Guto Wirtti was mentioned several times as long time Yamandu's friend and often appears on Yamandu's recording. But as far we missed more information about him.
Bass player, arranger, composer and music producer Guto Wirtti was born in the interior of Rio Grande do Sul to a family of musicians. He began playing guitar at the age of six accompanying his father, Antonio Gringo. At the age of twelve he made the double bass his main instrument, working alongside local artists to participate in recordings, festivals and concerts throughout the south of the country. After a year spent in Salvador, in 2003 Guto Wirtti moved to Rio de Janeiro and worked alongsidesome big names of Brazilian music scene, like John Bosco, Marco Pereira, Milton Nascimento, Zé Paulo and many more. His long partnership with Yamandú Costa resulted in several international tours and concerts throughout Brazil, and multiple CD recodings: "Read" (2006), "Return" (2007), with Yamandú Costa and Nicolas Krassik, "the Continent" (2013) , with Yamandú Costa and Arthur Bonilla, and "Bailongo" (2015) - duet with Yamandú Costa, nominated for the prize of Brazilian music in two categories
