Very nice arrangement of this popular song by Ralph McTell, an influential guitarist, singer and songwriter on the UK folk music scene.
Of course ""Streets of London" is the most popular song by McTell, first time recorded on his 1969 album Spiral Staircase, but released as a singel in 1974.
What is interesting, McTell wrote this song inspired by experiences hitchhiking throughout Europe, especially Paris, so originally he planned the title "Streets of Paris", but he realized that in fact he was thinking about London....
Arrangement and performance in video is by Hagai Rehavia, Israeli guitarist, a graduate of "Rubin" Academy of Music,Jerusalem.
