Two of my favorite things combined into one take. Guitar playing and photography. This film is dedicated to music lovers around the world. Per-Olov Kindgren delivers a magnificent performance of one of his compositions, Oceans Of The Moon. I have been listening to Per-Olov's music for a few years now and know most of his compositions. Don't misunderstand me, when I say that I know his compositions, I don't mean I can play them. This is why I became a filmmaker rather then a guitar performer....;-)
When I started shooting scenes for my upcoming film about the village where I was born, Aldeanueva De Ebro, located in La Rioja, Spain, I realized that I had accumulated several moon shots and it reminded me of the Suite Per-Olov composed dedicated to the moon which has several movements in it. Oceans Of The Moon is but one of them.
With his permission I decided to make a music video with some of the footage I had.

Per-Olov Kindgren ofrece una magnífica actuación de una de sus composiciones, Oceans Of The Moon. He estado escuchando música de Per-Olov por unos anos ahora y conozco la mayoría de sus composiciones. No me entiendan mal, cuando digo que conozco sus composiciones, no me refiero a que puedo tocarlas. Es por eso que me hice en fotografo productor de cine en lugar de un intérprete de guitarra .... ;-)
Cuando empecé a filmar escenas para mi próxima película sobre el pueblo donde nací, Aldeanueva De Ebro, situado en La Rioja, Espana, me di cuenta de que había acumulado varias tomas de la luna y me recordó de la Suite que Per-Olov compuso totalmente dedicada a la luna y que tiene varios movimientos. Oceans Of The Moon es sólo uno de ellos.
Con su permiso, me decidí a hacer un vídeo musical con algunas de las imágenes que tenía.
