Harry Manx was born on the Isle of Man, immigrated to Canada as a child, returned to Europe in the late seventies then to Japan where he lived and performed for ten years. In spring of 2000, Harry moved back to Canada and set up residence in Saltspring Island, British Columbia.
Harry's music is often described as an "essential link" between the music of East and the West.
His songs are short stories that use the essence of the blues and the depth of Indian ragas. Manx, primarily is a guitarist, but also plays harmonica and banjo.

A successful touring performer, Manx has brought his "breathtaking" solo shows across Canada, into the USA, Australia, the UK, Europe and Singapore. He has appeared at many prestigious festivals, world-class theatres, concert halls and infamous Blues clubs around the globe.
