American rock group famous for its rugged blues guitar sound was formed in 1969 in Houston, Texas.The original ZZ Top members include Billy Gibbons on vocals and guitar; Dusty Hill on vocals and bass; and Frank Beard on drums. The original band members have performed for 50 years! Songs from ‘Eliminator’ album (1983), ‘Gimme All Your Lovin,’ ‘Sharp Dressed Man,’ and 'Legs' made them instant MTV stars. Since then, ZZ Top regularly hit the road for their still-entertaining stage shows. 1985's album 'Afterburner' became the band's highest-charting album, with charting hits like "Rough Boy", "Velcro Fly" , "Sleeping Bag" and "Stages". In 2004, ZZ Top was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
