Adagio in G minor attributed to Baroque Italian composer, Tomasso Albinoni.
Soume sources say that composition was entirely composed by Remo Giazotto in 1958.
Here's a beautiful arrangement for classical guitar by Swedish guitarist/composer Per-Olov Kindgren.
I love Albinoni's Adagio so much. I've heard it first time over 30 years ago, then listened to it hundreds times performed by dozens different ensambles. But I've never heard it performed on solo instrument. It was even hard to imagine for me.
This recording amazed me completely!
The way how you skip strings, play specific notes pianissimo then forte, and this amazing bass line, so characteristic for Bach music... it's all sounds perfect.
Big respect man!
