Nigel Clark
Born in Glasgow, Scotland in 1957, Nigel Clark is jazz and pop accmplished guitarist performing as a professional throughout the last 15 years. Initially influenced by the rock music of the day, Nigel soon switched to jazz guitar impressed by Django Reinhardt.
In 1987, Nigel joined the jazz/pop band Hue & Cry opening for such artists like U2, Madonna and Simply Red. For their recordings the band invited some big names in jazz, Ron Carter, John Scofield, Michael and Randy Brecker, to name a few.
In the 90's, Nigel performed with Carla Bley and Steve Swallow, appeared with Jan Akkerman at the North Sea Jazz Festival, and in Cannes
