Greg Howe

Greg Howe (born December 8, 1963) started playing the guitar at the age of 10. After discovering Van Halen by his middle teens, he became obsessed with the guitar. By his late teens he was playing in clubs around the New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania areas with his singer brother Albert Howe.
He made his record debut for Shrapnel Records in 1988, leading a trio with bass player Billy Sheehan and drummer Atma Anur. Playing mix of ‘shred guitar’ hard rock, jazz, funk, and other pop sounds, Howe’s subsequent albums all did well and he gained a good national following.

Outside of his solo career, Greg Howe is also a sought-after sideman who has toured with the likes of Michael Jackson and N'Sync.
Currently residing in Long Beach, California Greg continues to work as a session musician and producer, as well as providing guitar lessons through his official website.
