The American classical guitarist, Eliot Fisk, was the last direct pupil of Andrés Segovia and is the holder of all reproduction rights to Segovia's music, given to him by Segovia's wife, Emilia.
In 1981 Segovia wrote: “I consider Eliot Fisk as one of the most brilliant, intelligent and gifted young artists of our time, not only among guitarists but in all the general field of instrumentalists.

In addition to his performing career Eliot Fisk is founder and director of Boston Guitar Festival.
Eliot Fisk lives in Boston, Salzburg, and Granada, Spain with his wife, Zaira, and their daughter, Raquel.
He uses a handmade Thomas Humphrey Millennium guitar and another by upcoming luthier Stephan Connor.
