'The history of tango' is the title of Astor Piazzolla's life work, originally written for flute and guitar. Arranged for classical guitar and chamber orchestra by Carlos Franzetti on request of Berta Rojas, acclaimed classical guitarist from Paraguay is they key part of her new CD recorded in Estudio ION in Buenos Aires, where Astor Piazzola himself recorded 5 albums.
Along with 8 other works Berta rojas one her new production titled after Piazzolla's work "Historia del Tango" pay special tribute to River Plate tango music genre.
The choice of Chamber orchestra couldn't be better. The Camerata Bariloche has been awarded the Konex Platinum Award for best chamber ensemble in the history of music in Argentina. Orchestra worked with such soloists as Astor Piazzolla, Yehudi Menuhin, Jean Pierre Rampal, Frederika von Stade, Mstislav Rostropovich and Martha Argerich in the past. With two Latin Grammy nominations Berta Rojas just became one of favorites also in 2015 for her new amazing production!
