It's same with me. Blues is what I used to listen to and play since I was a teenager. Blues is what makes me stronger, gives me power to survive.

Comment: The recording is form one of last Luther's performances at Montreal International Jazz Festival on July 4, 1997. Luther's band members are James Solberg: rhythm & lead guitar; Mike Vlahakis: keyboards; Ken Faltinson: bass; Robb Stupka: drums; and Memphis Horns (Wayne Jackson, Andrew Love).
Shortly after this performance,Luther was diagnosed with the disease and passed away August 12, 1997.
