Worldwide celebrated hard rock/heavy metal guitarist, songwriter, and producer, Zakk Wylde started to play guitar at age eight. In 1984 he formed his first band, Stone Henge. In 1987 he was hired by Osbourne after single audition and a year later he made his debut on 'No Rest for the Wicked' double platinum album. After releasing a self-titled album in 1995 Wylde went for a solo career with the release of the classic, acoustically based Book of Shadows album in 1996. In 1998 Zakk formed metal band Black Label Society and has released ten studio albums to this day. In 2001 Wylde returned to Ozzy's band while continuing his work with Black Label Society.
